When a patron comes up and tells me they can't sign on to our WiFi with aldhotspot. I ask them if they are trying the browser Google Chrome to sign on. Many patrons can not use Google Chrome with our WiFi. Google Chrome is a free web browser started by Google in 2008. It is supposed to be faster than other browsers and about 25% of world wide usage is through Google Chrome.
When I suggest they use another browser like Firefox they get on our website fine. I had this happen a couple of times, so now I am comfortable suggesting another browser and it works for the patron.
