Is the number keypad at your computer not working? I had this come up the other day with a staff and a patron computer. There is not a Num Lock key on Mac keyboards. Click on the Shift and Clear keys or Alt/Option and Clear keys at the same time. This will turn the keypad on or off.
Or you can also just hit the clear button. You don't have to play twister with 4 fingers!
