Publishing Made Easy

For budding authors there is an amazing website available for publishing ebooks.  It is the largest site for indie publishing for ebooks.  With the number of programs that we offer in bringing in authors and provide writing workshops, this is an excellent tool to offer those interested patrons.  The website is www.smashwords.com.  It provides all of the guidelines for publishing with them and distributes to several of the big name retailers such as; the Apple iBookstore, Barnes and Noble, the Sony Reader Store, Kobo and the Diesel eBook Store.  The next time you encounter a patron interested in becoming an author share this information with them or if you have the literary bug yourself give it a try.
