Google announced that it will provide online security warnings for users who might be the target of state-sponsored spying. The message will be black type on a pink background if they suspect malicious activity against their system.
How do they know when "state-sponsored" activity is occuring? "We can't go into the details without giving away information that would be helpful to these bad actors, but our detailed analysis-as well as vicim reports-strongly suggest the involvement of state or groups that are state-sponsored."
