Today a patron approached me after printing a file in Excel. She didn't understand why the last line of the spreadsheet was cut off when she printed it. Were the margins too small? Was the last line outside of the print area? Nope. Her spreadsheet was only 12 lines long.
So, in order to print that last line I highlighted the entire spreadsheet that she needed to print, clicked on "Page Layout" on the top tabs, and then selected "Print Area." From here you can clear the current print area (obviously set to not allow the final line to print) and set the print area. Tada.
