Deleting expired books from Nooks

If a patron's book(s) has expired and is no longer on the Nook, but the cover pictures still remain: Go to My Computer, choose Nook, choose Folders, choose My ebooks, choose the title(s) and then delete. A patron was frustrated and confused that the cover pictures were still there in her "library" even though the actual book had been read and was gone.
